Residence Harlequin - Bratislava

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Bratislava. Although the location was not the best, it was a quick and easy journey to the city center. the room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all of my needs were met. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. the hotel had great facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

One negative aspect was the lack of clear directions provided by the hotel, which made finding the place a bit challenging.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room and the full and modern equipment of the apartment.

The apartment was big, clean and supplied with all conforts (washing machine, air conditioned, etc..). The person at the desk (Angela) was really very kind ans makes a wonderful cappuccino!!

The residence is in a peripherial area: not so easy to get to the city center without a car)

Great location, close to public transportation and supermarkets. The apartment was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen amenities and the fact that the room was quiet.

The check-in process was confusing as there was no clear information on where to pick up the keys. We also had difficulty finding parking nearby.

Nice rooms. Forniture was ok. There was the washing machine. Bed was confortable. Quiet environment.

The check-in procedure took more than half an hour. The hotel is a bit far from the center.

Clean, air conditioned place with a kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Make sure to try to set up the wifi before they leave - it's rather complicated.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. the location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The hotel was a bit noisy at times, particularly at night, but this was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay. the surrounding area was not the most picturesque or peaceful, but this did not detract from the overall experience.

The staff was very polite and helpful. We arrived late but they arranged delivery of the key to the appartment. The apartment was spacious and the garage was very convenient.

The apartment was clean, easy to find close to city center. It was newly refurbished and very clean, we found all what we need and personal was very friendly and helpful, for the price it was excellent experience.
